Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. No order will be processed without payment in full.
2. Loudmouth reserve the right to print company name and telephone number positioned at our discretion on the reverse side of all print.

 Whilst every effort is made to achieve production times Loudmouth will not accept liability for any costs or losses of income sustained by any client due to production delays by Loudmouth for whatever reason.
4. Once ‘Booking Sheet’ is signed client is committed to sending artwork for that sheet. Any order cancelled or postponed [for whatever reason] will be invoiced in full. It is clients responsibility to ensure all artwork is correct and reaches us within designated time scale.
5. Where no ‘Booking Sheet’ has been received a charge will be made for any cancelled order based on amount of work involved at point of cancellation. Minimum Charge £20.00 plus VAT.
6. Loudmouth will not accept liability for any costs or losses sustained by any client due to damage or delay of any goods by means of carriage.
7. Loudmouth do not accept responsibility for loss of, or damage to any originals [ie, transparencies, slides, discs, artwork etc].
8. Any reprints undertaken will be within Loudmouth’s production schedule.
9. All claims must be made in writing within 28 days of receipt of order and
total sum of goods produced must be returned to LOUDMOUTH.
10. Goods produced by special arrangement & not paid for will be charged in full.
11. In the event of unpaid accounts all third party charges incurred are passed on the the client.
12. Loudmouth will not be held responsible for any errors arising from unclear instruction. All copy must be supplied clearly typed or written.
13. Quotations are valid for 28 days and subject to confirmation on sight of job and/or receipt of order.
14. Loudmouth will not accept responsibility for any slide or transparency scanning inaccuracy where photograph is not supplied. Photographs must be printed from same slides/transparency used for scanning.
15. Loudmouth will not accept responsibility for any errors (noticed or unnoticed) that may occur, arising from faulty artwork supplied on disc.
16. Where artwork is supplied on disc no reprints will be undertaken on grounds of colour or error unless an approved cromalin is produced prior to print.
17. Changes to digital artwork undertaken by Loudmouth upon instruction by client are solely at clients own risk.
18. We cannot guarantee perfect colour matching to your original. It must be understood that control of quality is solely at Loudmouth’s discretion. There may also be some slight variation in colour throughout the run.
19. The client shall obtain all necessary permissions to reproduce any photographs or copyright material and shall totally indemnify LOUDMOUTH from any claims, costs and expenses arising out of defamatory matter or any infringement of copyright or patent design.
